Hanmi Bank in California invites consumers to take advantage of their top cd rates offered for their 6-month program. The Freedom CD Plus gains 3.443% APY and allows 3 partial withdrawals without penalty during the term. Unlimited deposits can be made in increments of $1000.
To open an account, a minimum deposit of $10000 is required. The ceiling for their certificate of deposits is $1 million. Like other CD offerings from other banks, the gains for this offer also decreased but remain competitive in the current market.
Hanmi Bank is also offering Internet Certificate of Deposits which are very attractive at 4.08% APY for terms of 3, 6, and 9 months. A one year internet cd earns 4.18% APY.

All I get from Hanmi Bank’s website are indications that it only accepts California depositors. Doesn’t make sense when you do business online selling Internet CDs, but they’re calling the shots.
