Earthstar Bank in PA offers 4.15% APY for 6-month CD Special in All States
Earthstar Bank offers consumers a high yield CD program with 4.15% APY for their 6-month CD promo. The certificate requires a $500 minimum deposit. A 12-month CD program is also running but has a lower gain of 4.25%.
Clients may apply for the certificates by visiting their branches in Philadelphia, Ambler, and Southampton in Pennsylvania.
People from other cities and states may apply online or over the phone. The certificates can then be funded by check, wire transfer, or ACH. The bank will be asking for 2 copies of IDs upon application.
BauerFinancial and bankrate.com sees Earthstar’s performance as weak giving it a review of 2 and 1 star, respectively. These were based on their June 30, 2008 data.
