Luther Burbank Savings offers its clients a special 3 to 6-month CD programs with 4.25% APY. These certificates require a minimum deposit of $10,000.
A bank visit is required to open an account. Their branches are in California particularly in Toluca Lake, San Rafael, Santa Rosa, Palo Alto, and Encino cities.
The bank has recently offered short term CD specials but it should be noted that these programs were not pushed for long in the consumer market.
