Navy Federal Credit Union Pushes 4.00% 6-month CD Offer
The Navy Federal Credit Union offers a competitive 4.00%APY special CD offer with a 6-month term. This certificate requires a $10,000 minimum deposit.
The union still offers great programs like their 5 and 7 year CD which gains 5.10% APY for a minimum deposit of $20,000. They are also pushing for 15-month CD programs with 4.00% APY with a minimum deposit of $15K. The CU also has an EasyStart Certificate which only needs a $100 deposit at 4.25% APY. Consumers though must consider some requirements like $10K max deposit and direct monthly deposit need of $500 into a checking account.
The membership of the union is no longer limited with the Navy but you can also be a member if you have some connection from the Marines, Army, and Air Force. Interested parties may check out the website to know the requirements for membership.
