PenFed Stretches 5.00% APY CD (Certificate of Deposit) Promo to November
The Pentagon Federal Credit Union members can enjoy the extended Certificate of Deposit special with a yield of 5% APY as it is extend through November. The money market certificates are offered in 3, 4, 5, or 7-year terms.
The certificates require a minimum deposit of $1000. They are also available as an IRA or as a Coverdell Education Savings. It will be best to confirm with the bank customer service up to when the rates will last since the bank did not publish any specific date when will the promo end.
Membership is open for individuals who are or who were in the service, affiliated with qualified associations, employed by the US government, family members or housemate of qualified individual, employed by an eligible business, member of the American Red Cross, or member of the National Military Family Association.
