The Security Service Federal Credit Union provides competitive gains for its 15-month CD depending on the account balance: 4.15% APY ($500-$25K), 4.20% APY ($25K-$50K), 4.25% APY ($50K-$100K), and 4.30% APY ($100K+). These certificates are also available as an IRA certificate.
People who are residents, employees, or church goers in the counties of Medina, Uvalde, Atascosa, and South Bexar counties in Texas may join. Interested individuals in El Paso, Denver, and Pueblo in Colorado may also qualify. Several groups like the UT of San Antonio and FiftyPlus Club are eligible for membership.
