The Omni National Bank invites consumer to partake in its special CD programs which yield 4.5% APY for 15-month term and 4.76% APY for a 27 month term. The minimum new deposit requirement is $5000 for CDs and IRAs. These are only open to residents of Texas and Illinois.
A branch visit is necessary to open an account. Their branches are located in Dallas and Houston in Texas and Chicago in Illinois. They also have branches in Florida, North Carolina, Alabama, and Georgia.
