Numerica Credit Union encourages its members to take advantage of this best interest rate rewards checking account called Sequel Checking. The credit union lets you earn 3.19% APY interest rate when you have balances up to $25,000 on your sequel checking. You can also earn additional 0.15% APY for the portions of the balance above $25,000. ATM surcharges up to $25 per month may be refunded by meeting the following requirements:

• use the check card every month for purchases for atleast 12 times at the point of sale
• make at least one deposit, transfer, or online withdrawal of $100 and up every month
• subscribe to electronic bank statement and home banking

The credit union has a base rate of 0.10% APY, this is provided if the customer does not meet the requirements.

Interested individuals may sign up for the Sequel Checking account on the credit union’s website by simply completing the application form.
