Oklahoma Educators Credit Union invites its members to take advantage of their high interest rate rewards checking account called Go Green Rewards Checking. The credit union is giving you a chance to earn 4.00% APY interest rate for checking account balances up to $15,000. Portions of the balance beyond $15,000 gets 0.50% APY. Aside from these, you are not reqired to have a maintaining balance on your account, no monthly service fees, unlimited check writing, and refunds your ATM surcharges by meeting the following pre-requisites of the bank:

• use your check card for purchases at least 15 times per statement cycle
• request for electronic bank statement
• setup at least one ACH automatic debit or at least one direct deposit
• use online banking at least once a month

For checking account holders who did not meet the requirements of the credit union, you will still earn the base interest rate of 0.25% APY.

Once you are a member of the credit union , you need to deposit at least a $25.00 to open your Go Green Rewards Checking account. You also need to fill up the application form. Remember to have a photo copy of you Driver’s License when you mail in your application form.

Oklahoma Educators Credit Union membership is open to individuals who are employees, students, or resident of the state of Oklahoma. You may visit the credit union’s website to download the application form. After completing the form you may bring it to their office or mail it to them. You also need to deposit atleast a minimum amount of $5.00 to become a member.
