The Bank of Beaver City continues to push for their best checking account that earns 4.01% APY for balances through $25,000 if certain monthly requirements are met. Your money about the $25K line gets 1.01% APY. Like other reward checking accounts in the market today, it refunds ATM fees incurred nationwide and one good thing about their program is that it reimburses without limits.
The best interest rates for the reward checking account can be enjoyed if you make at least 10 purchases using your debit card, make an automatic payment or a direct deposit, and opt for electronic statements. These are its monthly criteria. The interest rate drops to 0.25% if you do not meet these qualifications.
Interested individuals can open an account for as little as $100. The bank does not collect any service fees nor does it set a minimum balance requirement.
