The TCF Bank rewards consumers who open a new Free Checking Account with a Grocery Gift Card worth $50. The gift card is given to the consumer on the spot once the account is opened. This means that a direct deposit is not required to avail of the promo.

Applications can be completed online on the bank’s website. If you are not a TCF account holder, the bank requires that you are a resident of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Colorado, or Arizona.
