Hanmi Bank offers its consumers its Worry Free Money Market Account which may earn as high as the 3.75% APY with a guaranteed yield not lower than 3.05% APY. This money market deal requires a checking account and a minimum opening balance of $10000.

The Worry Free money market account aims to serve consumers with hassle free solutions that let them enjoy the best rates in the market without getting the headache of drastic plunge in the interest rates.

The minimum interest rate is guaranteed until the end of year the money market account is opened. The rates will subject to change the first day of the following year.

A monthly charge of $25 may apply if the account does not maintain a $10000 in a statement cycle. A $20 fee may also be imposed if the account is closed within 90 days.

The interest is not compounded on a daily basis while interests are added to the account on a monthly basis. If an account is closed prior to the crediting of the interest, the consumer will not be able to claim the yield accrued.
