Membership to the Total Choice FCU is open for those who work, live, and worship in the parishes of Saint James, Saint John, and St. Charles. These are all in Louisiana. Membership to the credit union requires a $5 deposit into a share savings account and a one-time fee of $5.

Though they have an online application for their loans, we can not find any forms for membership application online. It seems that you also need to drop by their office to open an account. The credit union is headquartered in Hahnville, Louisiana.
