The Heartland Bank Direct invites consumers to put their money in the bank and enjoy the benefits of their high yields savings account that earns 2.30% APY.
The high interest savings account is known as the Performance Savings Account which only requires $500 of initial deposit. It does not collect any service charge even if the balance drops below $500.
Interested individuals may complete an online form. Heartland will verify your identity online but please call the bank to make sure if they will not do a hard credit pull.
An existing checking account can be used to fund your savings account and trial deposits will be made to ensure proper set up. You can also link other accounts which you can use to fund the high interest savings account.
